I do my best to eat healthy but there are times when I cannot resist a little snack! If you can relate and have often wondered about a healthy and filling snack, I have a great snack for you.
All you will need is 1 cup of yogurt (whatever flavor you like) and 1 Cinch Snack Bar (my favorite is the Peanut Butter flavor).
Put the yogurt in a cup or in a small bowl. Crumble the Cinch Snack Bar with your fingers over the yogurt. You can even top it with fruit if you would like!
Now enjoy your delicious snack full of nutrients!
